When will I get my order?
We use Amazon as our logistics partner. We will send an automated email containing tracking information once they have packed the order and it is actually on the way. Items shipped to the UK typically arrive in 2-4 days from the point of order when ordered directly through this store.
Do you offer a next-day service?
Prime eligible products purchased directly through Amazon are available with Prime delivery for Amazon Prime members. However outside of sales these are typically full MSRP.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
We plan to be able to offer shipping to various European destinations in the coming months. This website is very new and we are working hard with our logistics partners to expand to other markets once all regulatory requirements have been met.
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know using the contact form at the top of the site and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Where are your products manufactured?
All final significant manufacturing steps and packaging take place in our workshop in leafy Hertfordshire, UK. Some items go from raw metal stock to finished product entirely in house. Rest assured, we have an been hands on with every product that leaves the building to ensure the ultimate in product quality.
The only exception is print on demand apparel, which is outsourced.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing in the UK. Cool, eh!?
