UK Pinfest is moving venues for 2027, to The Leonardo Hinckley Island, 20 to 22 August 2027. More than double the number of rooms. Booking is open now.

UK Pinfest is moving. After years at the Daventry Mercure, the show is relocating to a bigger venue for 2027.

The new venue has 362 bedrooms, more than double the room count at Daventry, which should ease the booking crunch that’s affected previous years. UK Pinfest has booked the London and Paris suites for the show. A virtual tour of the hotel is available if you want to see the space before booking.
The London Suite and Paris Suite, the two halls booked for UK Pinfest 2027, sit side by side off the hotel’s main corridor, with conference rooms 5, 8, 13, and 14 immediately adjacent for overflow space.
Pinfest attendees have a special room allocation and discount codes available at the hotel, with the full booking details posted by the organiser on the UK Pinball Info forum.
Given how tight rooms got in previous years, if you’re planning on coming, it’s worth booking early rather than waiting.

The new venue has already been reserved for the August bank holiday weekend in 2028, so if this year’s move goes well, Pinfest looks set to stay at The Leonardo Hinckley Island for the foreseeable future.
