Purpose-built for base-plates as used in Sega, Data East, and Stern pinball machines. The body of these bushings have cutaways to accommodate some legacy mounting options as shown in the product photos. These bushings feature a precision-milled profile that matches the geometry of later-generation mech designs, ensuring tight alignment and rock-solid feel.

These bushings are engineered to maximise responsiveness to player input. These are not just flipper bushings — they're structural components masquerading as pinball hardware. CNC-machined from a solid chunk of stainless steel, bead-blasted to a smooth matte finish, and reinforced with deep cross-rib geometry, this design maximises stiffness in every direction. Zero flex. Zero compromise. Just raw mechanical advantage.

Each bushing features precision-machined bores with press-fit bronze sintered bearings, delivering silky rotational motion and exceptional wear resistance. The sculpted base isn't just for looks — it's a form-follows-function statement of strength, built to withstand the forces of high-energy play without deflection or drift.

  • Stainless steel construction zero flex, lifetime durability
  • Structural webbing extreme stiffness without interfering with installation
  • Dual bronze sintered bearings smooth, low-friction action
  • Flipper control tighter, cleaner, more consistent, more predictable
  • Efficient power transfer no energy lost to plastic deformation
  • Drop-in compatible with standard flipper assemblies
