A replacement for the all-nylon shooter bushings found in many classic Bally machines. This version features a rigid plastic body designed to accept a standard Williams-style nylon sleeve, allowing for easier part sourcing and improved durability.
The main tube has been thickened at the base for extended service life, and the angle of the bushing has been carefully matched to follow the original rod geometry — ensuring proper alignment with the inclined playfield.
The file contains two bodies, separated to allow for successful 3D printing. The washer should be fixed to the main body with an adhesive prior to installation onto the game. This part works well in more rigid plastics such as PLA and surface finish is not a consideration as the part is a pure structural component that is hidden away after installation.
Note: The Williams sleeve is slightly longer than the original Bally design, so your shooter spring may sit with mild preload. In testing, this made no discernible difference to performance.
