Fingerprint: chicago coin's bomber, colossal silver-orange riveted bomb pointing across lower left with pilot in yellow suit, enormous slanted yellow title with red shading and white-blue drop shadow, score ladder with flag pennants and colored panels along top edge, small town panorama with explosion puffs at bottom

Distinctive

The most memorable element is a colossal stylised bomb or rocket, drawn with a bright orange band and a silver riveted nose, filling the lower left and pointing across the glass. A pilot in a yellow flying suit and yellow helmet is tucked in behind it, seen from behind with arms outstretched as if being carried or pushing it. Second, the title is unusually tall condensed lettering: BOMBER in enormous slanted yellow letters with red shading and a heavy white-and-blue drop shadow, with CHICAGO COIN'S stacked in much smaller capitals above it. Third, the whole upper third is a numeric score ladder of flag-topped pennants and red panels reading up to MILLION, with 100 000 through 900 000 marching up the left border. Fourth, the bottom edge is a tiny town panorama of coloured block buildings, dark trees and orange explosion puffs, with a small red-and-white plane diving at the lower right.

Full description

A landscape-orientation painted backglass in a mid-century cartoon/comic airbrush style. Across the top a dark blue band carries a row of small white-and-red pennant flags with numerals (1, 2, 3) and the large outlined words MILLION, flanked by yellow starbursts; below it two rows of stepped score values in yellow-outlined red panels read 500 000, 700 000, 800 000, 900 000 across and 400 000, 300 000, 200 000, 100 000 down the left edge. The centre is a pale blue sky with white clouds and a yellow sunburst, over which sits the main title: CHICAGO COIN'S BOMBER, with CHICAGO in small red capitals, COIN'S in smaller blue capitals set above, and BOMBER in huge slanted yellow letters with red inner shading and a thick white-and-blue drop outline. Two small red, white and blue propeller planes fly above the logo, one trailing a thin line. Bottom left, a pilot in a yellow flying suit and helmet is seen from behind, arms outstretched, dwarfed by an enormous silver-and-orange riveted bomb or rocket nose pointing right with a red tail fin. The ground strip along the bottom shows a small town of blue, pink and orange buildings, dark green trees, and orange-yellow explosion bursts, with another small plane banking low at right.
