The most memorable element is a woman in a blue jacket sitting sideways on the wing root of an enormous green-and-white aeroplane that fills the centre of the glass, with the yellow 'De-Icer' logo printed on the fuselage behind her. Directly below the title a second woman in a red swimsuit is stretched flat on a water ski. The left edge carries a vertical column of five oval player panels, each a different background colour with its own pin-up woman in a swimsuit and a large outlined numeral. The bottom right holds a bright wavy multi-coloured track numbered 1 to 9 beside the word 'MILLIONS'. Two small propeller planes cross the blue-and-white cloud sky above.

A portrait-format painted backglass set in a bright sky of white cloud and blue, with a wooden cabinet frame visible around all four edges. Centre-left dominates a large green-and-white twin-finned propeller aeroplane nose, with a blonde woman in a royal-blue jacket and matching trousers perched sideways on its left wing root. On the white fuselage panel sits the title: cursive red-outlined 'Williams' above the large slanted yellow word 'De-Icer' with black outline. Below it a second blonde woman in a red two-piece swimsuit lies flat on a single ski, gripping a tow rope. The lower half is a black field scattered with white stars and coloured circular value discs, and a wavy-edged bonus track painted in red, yellow, green, blue and purple carrying digits 1 to 9, with the word 'MILLIONS' in white capitals at the bottom right. A green hillside, grandstands, flagpoles and a passenger boat occupy the right side; two small aircraft fly in the upper sky.
