Fingerprint: Enormous screaming zombie face across lower-left playfield mouth open teeth bared tilted across slingshot area, vertical run of five round purple inserts spelling BUDDY down left ramp lane, large teal translucent tunnel plastic ringed with rivetted black frame, bold red HAIL TO THE KING plaque
The most memorable element is the enormous blood-smeared screaming zombie face painted across the lower-left and lower-centre of the playfield, mouth open and teeth bared, tilted across the slingshot area. A second huge face - a dark-haired man with a heavy brow - fills the cabinet side panel at the very bottom left, so two giant faces stare out from the lower left corner. Also memorable: a vertical run of five round purple inserts spelling BUDDY down the left ramp lane, and a large teal translucent tunnel plastic in mid-playfield ringed by a rivetted black frame with lamps glowing inside. Bold red arrow signs reading SHOOT AGAIN (pointing up) and SP00K'S ELEVATOR (pointing down) sit side by side on the lower right.

A horror-themed playfield shot under blue-purple LED lighting, so the artwork reads cyan, violet and magenta with red accents. At the top sits a rectangular score panel with a 1-2-3 lane row, flanked by two round red pop-bumper caps with black starburst decals. Below are three circular pop bumpers with pale face artwork, a metal wireform ramp and a boxy plastic structure with pink translucent panels upper right. Five round purple inserts spell BUDDY down the left ramp lane beside a small red SUPER JACKPOT sign. The lower-left playfield is dominated by a huge bloodied, screaming zombie head with staring white eyes, and a second dark-haired man's face appears on the cabinet side panel at bottom left. A large teal translucent tunnel plastic sits mid-playfield inside a rivetted black frame. Printed labels read COME GET SOME!, a red-and-white SPOOK'S ELEVATOR arrow pointing down, a small SHOOT AGAIN arrow pointing up, and a bold HAIL TO THE KING plaque. Two white flippers with rubber rings close the bottom, and the apron below carries chunky red dripping script reading EVIL DEAD.
