Fingerprint: Entirely abstract psychedelic backglass with no figures or characters, only swirling brushwork in orange, crimson, magenta, mustard yellow, cream and lavender against navy blue, small concentric ring motif at centre, FLIPPER FOXTROT arched over title, Rhythm Explosion in huge rounded retro script tilted diagonally, hand-painted airbrushed early-1970s style
The name is split across two very different type styles: tiny curved capitals spelling FLIPPER FOXTROT arched over the top, and an enormous chunky white script title Rhythm Explosion stacked beneath. Behind the title sits a small concentric ringed disc resembling a stylised sunrise or target, the only recognisable symbol in an otherwise entirely abstract field. The palette is unusually hot for the era, dominated by mustard yellow, orange and magenta streaks against navy blue. There are no people, animals or machines anywhere on the artwork.

Full-panel psychedelic backglass containing no figures, only abstract 1960s-style swirling brushwork. The background is a dense explosion of radiating streaks, feathered brush marks and flame-like dabs in orange, crimson, magenta, mustard yellow, cream and pale lavender, with deep navy-blue pools of shadow cutting through the middle and lower left. Dead centre sits a small concentric ring motif of thin orange and pink arcs, like a rising sun or target. Over that, arcing across the upper centre in small rounded sans-serif capitals with a dark teal outline and white fill, is the curving name FLIPPER FOXTROT. Below it, filling the middle of the panel, is the huge two-line title Rhythm Explosion in a heavy rounded retro script, white filled with a thick dark teal outline and a soft drop shadow; Rhythm on the first line, Explosion below and slightly larger, both tilted diagonally. The art reads as hand-painted airbrush work typical of early-1970s games. No score windows, characters, logos or icons are visible within this image.
