Fingerprint: GOV OHS in giant hot-pink condensed letters on olive-green striped panel, four cartoon men in old-time costume below title, four hanging lanterns down edges, tiny winged figures in corners, FREE PLAY and BALL IN PLAY, flat turquoise background
The single most memorable feature is the giant block of tall, thin, hot-pink condensed letters reading GOV OHS set on an olive-green vertically striped panel at the very centre. Second is the four-window scoreboard arrangement: white reel digits in black bezels stacked two-by-two at each side, labelled 1st PLAYER through 4th PLAYER in green-on-black plates. Third, a huddle of four grinning cartoon men in old-time costume directly under the title, including a tall man in a blue coat and wide hat and a man raising a mug. Fourth, four identical grey hanging lanterns down both edges and a tiny winged figure in each top corner. Finally, FREE PLAY in red at bottom right with BALL IN PLAY in green at bottom left.

A landscape-format backglass with a flat pale turquoise-blue background and a strongly symmetrical layout. Four black rectangular score windows with white mechanical split reels sit in the corners, the upper left reading 0675, each paired with a small black plate beneath reading 1st PLAYER, 2nd PLAYER, 3rd PLAYER and 4th PLAYER in yellow-green capitals. Four identical grey hanging lanterns run down both edges. Dead centre is a tall olive-green vertically striped panel carrying enormous condensed rose-pink letters reading GOV OHS, with a red cursive script logo above it. Below the title huddles four cartoon men in old-fashioned dress: a tall grinning man in a dark wide-brimmed hat and blue coat, a stocky man in a red coat and cap, a shorter man in a green cap, and a small figure holding a mug. A tiny winged figure flies in each upper corner. Bottom left reads BALL IN PLAY in green beside a ball, bottom right FREE PLAY in bold red, with small print under the cartoon group.
