The single most memorable element is the huge orange sun with a woman's face - heavy black eyebrows, round yellow cheeks and pursed yellow lips - ringed by red sun rays at the top centre of the glass. Second is the name Gottlieb rendered in enormous magenta bubble script with a yellow-to-pink gradient fill sitting across the middle. Third is the pair of full-size winged pin-up mermaids seated side by side in the lower centre, a brunette on the left and a blonde on the right, both in black string bikinis. Fourth is the tall mechanical score reel window on the right, stacked above and below a small 00000 window, set into a huge red-and-yellow sunburst.

A framed, highly saturated 1970s-style airbrushed backglass, shot inside a white speckled cabinet surround. Left half: a psychedelic pop-art scene on a black ground with two seated pin-up mermaids, one brunette and one blonde, each with large orange-gold feathered wings and hands raised to her chin; a tiny nude cherub figure, a starfish, a crab and a turtle sit in the bubbly sea foam along the bottom edge. Above them the central logo reads Gottlieb in heavy magenta-red bubble script with a yellow-to-pink vertical gradient fill and black shadow. Top centre is a large orange sun face with heavy black brows, yellow cheeks and pursed lips, ringed by red triangular rays. Left margin carries GAME OVER in orange, PLAYERS in yellow, 1 OR 2 in red, and CAN PLAY AT THE SAME TIME in white, plus a large purple-pink woman's face in profile surrounded by yellow smoke and star sparkles. Right third is a giant red, orange and yellow sunburst with concentric magenta and yellow arcs; two cream mechanical score reels with brown digits, a 00000 window between them, blue 70 80 at the top, yellow 1 and 2 player numbers, and BALL IN PLAY in white.

Backglass photographed head-on inside its wooden cabinet frame, a square panel of airbrushed comic art in a primary red, yellow, blue and black palette with white lightning streaks. Upper centre-left carries the title in two tiers: a small white cursive script word 'Multiple' slanting up over the much larger word 'Woman', the big letters drawn as thick red-and-blue striped block forms with yellow fill and black outline. Above the title sits a stylised sun face with a round yellow-orange head, heavy black brows, two white eyes, red cheeks and red triangular rays radiating out. Left edge carries a red-haired woman's head in profile facing right, plus a second woman's face with black hair and yellow skin lower down. Two blonde pin-up women with bare breasts, red jewelled necklaces and large feathered wings sit side by side in the lower centre, legs posed and heads tilted, in front of a red and yellow flame burst. Two long horizontal mechanical score reels with roll-over digits (0 7.5 7 0 and 0.0 0 0) sit at the right in yellow and white frames, marked with big red '1' above and '2' below, above the text 'BALL IN PLAY'. Bottom centre shows a grinning man's head and hand rendered in yellow.
