The flame-tailed Hot Wheels logo in the middle of the playfield with the 'COLLECT ALL 8 RACE CARS' line directly beneath it, sitting on top of a big pale numbered gear-shift wheel ringed by 'LOCKED' round windows. A pair of huge mirrored swirl ramps - red on the left, translucent blue on the right - run the full length of both sides. Three oversized white American Pinball instruction cards cover the entire lower playfield apron, which is unusual. | Vehicle | Multiple small die-cast style racing cars printed on the playfield art: a red sports car and blue and yellow cars near the top, plus a turquoise 'wide right' sign panel |
| Vehicle | A red sports car graphic printed above the central hot wheels logo, flanked by small car and tyre illustrations |
Full-length top-down view of an electronic pinball playfield plus the cabinet front and coin door, dominated by glossy red, orange and blue plastic ramps. The centre of the lower playfield carries the flame-and-checker Hot Wheels logo over the instruction 'COLLECT ALL 8 RACE CARS TO BECOME A HOT WHEELS LEGEND', below a bank of drop targets and above a pale grey/white numbered gear-shift wheel marked 2X through 10X with 'GEAR', '1ST', '2ND', '3RD' beside it and two round target-readout windows ringed by 'LOCKED' lettering. Two large circular swirl ramps sweep up the left and right sides (red on the left, translucent blue on the right), with a smaller red ramp and a wireform chute at the top, a black-and-white chequered flag near the top centre and a turquoise sign that reads 'WIDE RIGHT'/'TURN LEFT'. Bumper caps and inserts are decorated with yellow lane arrows, tyre and wheel motifs, and playing-card-style squares; small car graphics and a stack of tires sit near the upper middle. The lower deck carries three white American Pinball apron cards with red and black instruction text, and the cabinet front shows orange side panels and a Hot Wheels logo on the coin door.

A photographed pinball backglass dominated by a large flame-outlined banner logo reading HOT WHEELS in chunky yellow-to-orange block letters with heavy black and white drop shadows, set on a red flame shape against a blue sky with orange and red roller-coaster track looping behind it. At upper left a blue-skinned muscular gorilla with a red-orange mohawk, open snarling mouth and white glowing eyes hangs onto the track; at mid-right a large red-brown Tyrannosaurus with black stripes and white teeth stands among blue and purple crooked houses.
