Full description

Electro-mechanical playfield seen from above through wooden-framed glass, with the cabinet front, chrome coin door and two red-lit score reels (27 and 20) below. The art is a busy Mexican circus and fiesta scene in saturated red, green, yellow and blue. Large red block circus lettering with white and yellow keylines runs across the top, beside a red-and-white striped tent canopy on the left and a grinning calavera skull in a sombrero on the right. Three round pop-bumper caps with yellow flower decals sit in a triangle at upper left. The middle is crowded with a large sombrero, a serape-draped figure, a woman in a wide-brimmed hat, and a mariachi in a straw hat and white shirt at centre-right, plus lanes of white numbered circles (3, 2, 1 and 5, 4, 3, 2, 1) and red-bordered ovals reading 20, 40, 60, 60 and 10, 10. Wire ball guides and a steel ramp line the right edge. At the bottom two cream flippers flank a centre drain, with white instruction cards in the apron and a red keyhole shooter button on the left.

Full description

A four-player backglass in a chrome blue metal frame, dominated by a huge diagonal logo reading TEXAS 86 in chunky three-dimensional orange-to-yellow gradient block letters with teal-green inner faces and cream outline. Four red-on-black 7-segment score panels sit round the logo (two upper, marked with big yellow-black numerals 1 and 2, two lower marked 3 and 4). Lower centre-right is a huge open clam shell rendered like polished silver-grey metal segments, containing a smiling brunette woman in a green and gold corset with red roses at her waist. Left side shows a carny tableau: a grinning cowboy in black hat, white shirt and black coat, arms flung wide; a woman in a leopard-print outfit holding up a pennant; a kneeling man in a yellow shirt and orange shorts firing a rifle with a muzzle flash; and a black cowboy hat decorated with jewelled playing-card suits. Upper centre a white-hatted lasso-wielding cowboy rides over the logo against an orange sunset horizon. Right background is a grey stone castle keep with a small skull figure in a window. Bottom centre shows a grotesque green and orange jester or gargoyle mask with a moustache and open mouth. Small print: DENNIS ROBERTS, COP PRODUCTS 1988, and SAME PLAYER SHOOTS AG. GAME OVER in red at lower right.
