A colourful cartoon-illustrated backglass set in a brick-walled dungeon of purple and yellow stonework. A huge grinning devil face with orange-tan skin, black pointed horns, a black goatee and wide white fangs dominates the upper centre, with the title Mr. EVIL above it in yellow and green block letters. Nine human figures fill the lower half: two kneeling men, a bald blue-robed wizard, five women in medieval-style gowns being menaced, and a red-haired woman in a green bikini sprawled in the bottom centre foreground reaching both arms out. A numbered 1-to-20 circular dial is printed on the right, and a long red score display window is inset at upper left. Lettering is hand-lettered in thick outlined capitals; the bottom edge carries white smoke clouds, a CREDIT window, a small ELVO name plate, a FLIP legend and BALL IN PLAY.
