Fingerprint: NIGHT FEVER title in orange block letters, colossal lilac-pink woman's profile sleeping, four red score windows on her cheek, disco pair on diamond-pattern floor, dark guitar.
The most memorable feature is the colossal lilac-pink profile of a sleeping woman's face filling the entire left half of the glass, her closed eye with long black lashes and her hair rendered in flat pink and blue shapes, with four red LED score windows sitting on top of her cheek. Second is the pair of disco figures on the right — a man in an open white jacket and a woman in a frilly yellow dress — standing on a red/blue/orange diamond-patterned dance floor. Third, a big dark-brown electric guitar lies diagonally across the lower half, its neck crossing the floor to the right edge. Fourth, the enormous orange NIGHT FEVER title with a white-and-blue inline and a lightning-bolt underline.

A backglass inside a cream/off-white wooden outer frame, shot slightly askew with the cabinet's playfield edge visible below and crumpled clear plastic sheeting at the right. The artwork is a flat, airbrushed disco scene on a black background. The right half shows a multicoloured diamond-tiled dance floor in red, orange, blue and pink, with a dark brown electric guitar lying diagonally across the lower half, its body at lower left and its fretted neck running right across the floor. Two figures stand on the floor: a young man with short curly auburn hair, an open white jacket over a bare chest and a heavy gold chain, hands clasped, and a young woman with long strawberry-blonde hair wearing a bright yellow off-shoulder ruffled dress, singing. Orange-red lightning-bolt shapes and a white four-pointed sparkle flash sit behind them. The left half is dominated by an enormous lilac-pink close-up of a woman's face in profile — closed eye, long dark lashes, cheek and flowing hair — behind four black rectangular red LED score windows. The title NIGHT FEVER fills the top right in huge orange block capitals with a white and blue inline.
