A painted amusement-park scene dominated by a large two-line title at centre left reading CONEY ISLAND! in fat serif capitals, each letter filled pink-to-red with a white inner highlight and a dark outline, sitting over a deep blue star-speckled night sky. To the right stands a full-height pin-up woman with pale skin, short curled red-blonde hair and a small white cap, in a bright pink two-piece swimsuit with frilled edges and a pink garter, one arm raised to her hair, one leg lifted. Around her are grinning faces: a white-faced clown with a red nose, orange hair and green ruffled collar at lower left; a cluster of laughing children in the bottom centre, one in a red cap; and at right a dark-haired man's head, a woman and a baby in pale blue. Bright pink rectangular score display panels with heavy gold-and-black bevel borders sit in all four corners, plus a green-bordered panel low centre. Green beach balls, pink and yellow stars, a firework burst, a multi-coloured spiral disc and a white-and-pink striped rocket or bowling-pin shape scatter across the blue field. Green script word GamePlan sits above the clown, with a much smaller line beneath it.
