A single-level pirate-voyage playfield dominated by a large compass rose in the lower half: a white compass medallion with a black pirate head in its centre, black-and-white 'Four Winds' script curved above it and 'Multi-Ball' script below, ringed by gold-outlined yellow label boxes naming modes. The upper half is a painted mural of a galleon at sea with billowing square sails, a burning ship with orange-red flames on the right, and a woman in a red dress at upper left beside a yellow ribbon reading 'FORTUNE'S TOWER ROYAL'. A row of round pop bumpers with coloured plastic rings (red, blue, green, amber) sits mid-field, with a clear plastic ramp covering a left ramp and a chrome wire-form looping ramp down the right. Blue LED strip lighting floods the whole cabinet, washing the pale cream/ivory playfield with blue. Two flippers, a slingshot and an apron with a blue engraved drain sit at the bottom, under a white ribbon banner reading 'COMPLETE COMPASS TODAY! Four Winds Multi-ball'. Wrought-iron scrolls, cutlasses, ship wheels and octopus tentacles decorate the lower field.

A wide painted backglass. Across the top runs a torn parchment scroll banner in mottled tan and ochre, edged with a dark rope, carrying gold serif capitals reading PIRATES of the CARIBBEAN, with a grinning skull in a red bandana over two crossed cutlasses at the centre of the banner and the small cursive word Disney above the P. Below the banner, three large head-and-shoulders portraits dominate: at left a stubbled dark-haired man in a brown open shirt; in the centre a man in a crimson bandana staring forward with two crossed steel blades rising in front of his face and star-glints on the steel; at right a fair-skinned woman with long loose brown hair holding up a small glowing gold object. The background is a burning harbour: at far left an orange explosion and a dark tattered sail with a gaunt undead figure; at far right a full-sailed three-masted ship on black water under a huge low orange sun. Along the bottom sits an open chest brimming with gold coin, goblets and playing cards, a smaller captain figure in a black tricorn hat, and at bottom right two men duelling with thin swords beside a pale dog. The bottom-left corner carries a red rectangular STERN PINBALL, INC. logo.
