Revenge From Mars

A vertical pinball playfield lit by strong red and magenta LED strips down both wooden side rails, with a large dot-matrix display panel filling the top third. The DMD shows the words 'Attack Mars Champion' in chunky red-and-white letters over a photo of a cratered planet, with 'KEF' in pale blue capitals beneath it and the score '300,000,000' in bright green numerals. Below the display the painted playfield art is a lurid psychedelic monster scene: a grey saucer with a ring of yellow lights hovers centre-top, firing magenta and orange beams downward onto a giant green-blue ape-like monster head with a snarling open mouth and red-ringed eyes, flanked by smaller green serpent and skull creatures. A wide, backlit pinball backglass with a black starfield sky fading to a burning orange-red horizon over a burning city skyline. Dominating the left half is a colossal green plant-monster: a scaly bipedal creature with a bulbous fanged head, glowing red eyes, a segmented lizard-like torso, and veined leaf-and-vine limbs tipped with blue pod-like bulbs. It towers over a brick city with a tank, a police car marked POLICE with a rooftop siren, a yellow car and a helicopter. Across the bottom centre-right a cluster of five smaller green monsters run forward: a tentacled one, an ape-like one with open jaws, and squat multi-limbed ones. On the right a frightened blonde woman in a torn pale-blue slip dress runs forward clutching a bundle of groceries (a baguette, a boxed item, a fish) against her chest, mouth open in a scream. Other chrome saucers, small jets, parachuting figures, a red-haired woman and a dark-haired woman clinging to the monster appear at the left edge. A painted, airbrushed science-fiction horror scene on a red-to-black starfield.
