Tag-Team Pinball

A backglass dominated by a huge block-letter logo across the top reading FLAG-TEAM in chunky dark-blue slab capitals with white and orange inline striping and heavy black outlines, set on a red-orange background of radiating sunburst rays; a smaller blue rectangle angled beneath the right end of the word carries PINBALL in yellow letters. Below the logo, two muscular male wrestlers are locked in combat: at upper left a lean wrestler in a black and gold face mask, red trunks, black knee pads and studded black elbow and wrist guards is flying horizontally to the right, one arm cocked back, mouth open; at right a larger bare-chested wrestler with a blond/yellow spiked mane and headband lunges left, gripping a rainbow-striped strap or belt studded with gold medallions that runs diagonally down across the centre of the glass. The background is a warm red and orange arena crowd of smaller painted figures, including a woman with raised arms at left, blond and brown-haired heads in the foreground bottom, a figure in a winged helmet at mid-right and a partial arm giving a thumbs-up at the far right edge. Across the lower middle sits a printed scoring panel: no glass reels, just a blue and yellow banded insert with red banner labels. Dominant colours are red-orange, blue, yellow and black.

A wrestling-themed backglass with a huge arched title across the top: TAG-TEAM in thick blue block capitals with white and yellow outline and a black shadow, a raised dot between the two words, and PINBALL in yellow capitals on a slanted black ribbon tucked under the right half of the title. The background is a sunburst of straight rays radiating from the centre: bright yellow in the middle, shading to orange and then deep red at the outer edges, with a narrow dark border. The centre of the art is dominated by two bare-chested, hugely muscled male wrestlers locked in a hold. The upper wrestler has black hair, a thick black moustache and a dark headband, red trunks, black-and-white chequered wrist and knee bands, and white boots with dark stripes; one arm is raised and clenched around a chequered strap. Below him a blond, spiky-haired wrestler, seen from behind, wears yellow leopard-spot trunks with a dark belt and red boots, and reaches up with a studded armband. Four empty green score windows sit two above the wrestlers (labelled for player one and player two) and two lower down. Along the bottom edge is a packed crowd of small cartoon spectators heads in caps and helmets, including a dark-helmeted figure at bottom right with a gold-rimmed round lens. The style is loud airbrushed comic-book illustration.
