The single most memorable element is an enormous jagged yellow lightning bolt slashing diagonally across the whole backglass, with a masked superheroine in a red-and-yellow costume posed alongside it as if generating it. The second most striking feature is the title 'Thunder Bolt!' in slanted red block script stacked in two lines at the upper left, sitting on a yellow starburst. Four red-framed mechanical reel score windows in two stacked pairs dominate the lower third.
