Fingerprint: TIC-TAC-TOE in yellow block capitals, blank white square window with navy tic-tac-toe grid, rainbow score ladders on sides, four blonde women in swimsuits, one in white two-piece standing with arm raised, blue kidney-shaped pool, flat mid-century lithographic style

Distinctive

A large blank white square window in the middle of the artwork, ringed by a red-and-yellow scalloped frame, with a plain navy blue four-line tic-tac-toe grid drawn across it and nothing at all printed inside. Flanking that window are two diagonal rainbow score ladders: 8 down to 1 with the word MILLIONS on the left, and 900,000 down to 100,000 on the right. A pin-up woman in a white patterned two-piece stands at the far left with one arm raised, next to three more swimsuited women lounging on the sand. The title TIC-TAC-TOE is enormous yellow block lettering with a thick dark-blue drop shadow on a plain blue sky.

Full description

A square, flat-graphic printed backglass with a flat blue sky above a flat sandy-yellow beach. Across the top a yellow script maker's name sits above the huge title TIC-TAC-TOE in chunky yellow block capitals with a heavy dark-blue drop shadow, the letters spread almost the full width. Four blonde/brunette women in swimsuits occupy the upper third: a pin-up style standing woman at far left in a white two-piece printed with green and red motifs and dark blue shorts, one arm raised, one hip cocked; then three women reclining and sitting on the sand in white, pale-blue and red one-piece swimsuits. A small wooden bucket or box sits on the sand behind the leftmost woman. Gulls fly in the blue sky and one white yacht with a red-brown hull is on the green sea band. The centre is a large white square window bordered by a red-and-yellow scalloped frame, containing a navy blue tic-tac-toe grid of two vertical and two horizontal lines. A rainbow stripe band runs diagonally down the left edge carrying the numbers 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 with the word MILLIONS in a red wedge; a matching diagonal band on the right carries 900,000 down to 100,000. Along the bottom a yellow band reads THOUSANDS above a row of coloured circles marked 00 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90, with a second row of circles cut off by the crop. Style is flat mid-century lithographic airbrushed-cartoony pin-up illustration.
