She has very long flowing golden-yellow hair that curls in thick Art Deco waves, pale peach skin, and small red lips; she is topless, with long black-outlined feathered wings spreading symmetrically left and right in black, pink, salmon and cream scalloped tiers. Behind her head is a cream-and-red arched banner carrying the word 'TIME 2000' in thin white Art Deco outlined capitals. Two huge red-rimmed circles sit side by side at mid-height: the left one is black with a string of overlapping pale blue and white discs like moon phases, the right one is orange-yellow with a plain pale pink sphere. Below, a large tilted roulette wheel in red, orange, yellow and black fills the floor, ringed with Roman numerals (X, XI, XII, VII, VI, V, IV, III, II, I) and a black centre hole, with the woman's foot touching its top. The background is a black starfield of white dots and orange flecks over red-and-black horizontal stripes, with a red, orange, yellow and mauve chequerboard floor. A wooden cabinet frame surrounds the glass.

She is backed by four huge moth-like wings: inner pair black with white oval spots and pale lavender edging, outer pair banded in orange, pink, black and lavender teardrop scales. Her foot rests on a large tilted clock/compass dial in the foreground, ringed with white Roman numerals on red segments, its face a yellow-to-orange concentric sunburst. Behind her is a black disc containing two round porthole-like windows: the left one has overlapping blue and white spheres, the right one a mottled orange-and-yellow sun-like sphere. Horizontal stripes in red, orange and pink run across the upper background, fading to black with scattered white star dots at the edges.
