Full description

A square, brightly coloured cartoon backglass in a heavy black-outlined comic style. The upper half is a clear cyan-blue sky with a small orange numeral 40 at top centre and a red cursive maker's signature at top left. The main title is stacked in two lines of large slanted red block capitals with a heavy black drop shadow. Below is a Wild West landscape of layered tan, olive and rust-red rock buttes and mesas, spiky green agave and grass along the bottom edge, and a large dark cave mouth cut into the left-centre rock whose interior glows orange and yellow. Inside the cave two small figures crouch, one wearing a wide-brimmed hat. In the right foreground a young man with bright blue hair, a pale blue shirt, a green neckerchief and yellow trousers strides left holding a long rifle across his body. On an upper right ridge a cowboy in a white hat rides a rearing pale horse beside a small brown horned animal. Lower right a brown cow with white horns pushes through a bank of white smoke. Red hand-lettered text stacked in three lines sits above the smoke, and a white five-window reel score strip spans the upper right.
