U-Boat 65

A wide-body electro-mechanical playfield shot from above, lit with coloured lamps, dominated by a cool blue and steel-grey submarine-interior palette with red, orange and yellow accents. At the top is a raised plastic-housed assembly with a curved translucent ramp or cover over a cluster of round pop-bumper caps with blue and white rings, flanked by wire-form rails and chrome posts. Down the centre runs a large block-letter title in orange, red and yellow with a white border, over a painted conning-tower scene of pale grey riveted panels, pipework, ladders, portholes and dials. Two long flippers with pale yellow rubber angle down and inward in a V. The bottom apron carries two cream instruction cards, an orange model name in plain sans-serif, and a dense rules panel. Glass reflections and lamp glare wash the left and right edges; the wooden cabinet rails frame the wood-grain edges and metal legs.

A framed naval-combat backglass lit from behind, with a huge central circle showing a grey battleship head-on, its bow ploughing through blue-white sea, superstructure and tall lattice mast with radar and guns, all seen through a gunsight-style overlay of thin crosshair lines and small range digits. The field outside the circles is deep maroon/crimson. Four smaller roundels sit at the corners: top left a grey warship burning and listing with black smoke against yellow fire; top right a silver jet with orange wing roundels banking through dark storm cloud trailing pink-red flares; bottom left a grey helicopter flying low over the sea; bottom right a soldier in mottled camouflage fatigues, green helmet and face cover, raising a shoulder-fired launcher to the sky against an orange burst.
