Fingerprint: wild wheels: WILD WHEELS stacked in two big red-outlined rows with small red script brand name above, flanked by two yellow four-wheel score reels labeled 1ST PLAYER and 2ND PLAYER, blonde woman hugging oversized yellow-white beach ball center, red-haired woman in yellow shorts beside her, grinning man at right steering wheel
The title WILD WHEELS is stacked in two big red-outlined rows with a small red script brand name above it, flanked symmetrically by two yellow four-wheel score reels labelled 1ST PLAYER and 2ND PLAYER. A blonde woman in a red swimsuit hugs an oversized yellow-and-white beach ball in the centre, while a red-haired woman in yellow shorts stands with her back to the viewer beside her. At the right edge a grinning man in a pale blue jacket and orange trousers grips a large blue steering wheel, as if driving the beach ball. The scene is a seaside carnival with palm trees, a windmill on a green hill and a pink towel on a pole, and the whole glass is ringed by a cream cabinet with red trim. The paint is heavily crazed and faded, with dust and light haze over the surface.

A painted, comic-style pinball backglass in a white cabinet surround with red side stripes, showing a seaside holiday-carnival scene. The upper third is pale blue sky with the large title in red block capitals with white outline, stacked as WILD over WHEELS, and a smaller red script 'Bally' above it. Flanking the title are two mechanical score reels, each with four number wheels, set in yellow ovals ringed red and blue and topped by a red shield carrying a yellow 1 (left) and 2 (right), above blue-on-white labels reading 1ST PLAYER and 2ND PLAYER. A small red rectangular sign at mid-left reads 1082 over EARN 4 PLAY, and a white oval lower-left reads BALL IN PLAY. The middle and lower half is packed with figures: a blonde woman in a red swimsuit holding a large yellow beach ball, a red-haired woman in a white top and yellow shorts seen from behind, and on the right a man in a pale blue jacket and orange trousers steering with a blue-rimmed steering wheel. Behind them are more holidaymakers on a green hillside with a windmill, cottages, a distant blue lake, palm trees and a pink beach towel on a pole. A red banner strip across the bottom carries the slogan about playing games for fun and recreation.
