Vertically shot playfield in a lit arcade, black surroundings, teal speckled side rails visible and inserts flashing red, amber and green. Upper third is an ornate night-time building scene: a fat red-domed round turret left, steep gabled dormer roofs and a black arched opening across the top, a red conical tent canopy upper right, in dark reds, purples and black sky. Chrome wireform rails and a curving ramp snake down both sides past stained-glass triangular inserts. The middle is a pale teal mosaic starburst of cracked-ice glass shapes studded with small triangular and rectangular inserts, with a round tan medallion at its centre. Below sits a faceted purple crystal ball on an ornate carved blue-violet pedestal over glowing concentric blue ripples, ringed by round red inserts. The lower apron is a sepia parchment panel framed by scrollwork: a sun face panel marked YES with alphabet and numerals, a moon-and-stars panel marked NO with more letters, and a centre PLAYER / BALL LOCK block, overlapped by a gold ornate 10 plaque. Style is dense jewel-toned fantasy illustration with heavy black keylines.

A full-bleed illustrated backglass with an ornate gold filigree border and Victorian scrollwork in all four corners. The centre-right is dominated by a large gabled Victorian house painted in warm yellows, creams and browns, with red shingled turret roofs, a stained-glass window band, dormers and a deep porch of turned columns. A cobbled path curves up a stone wall to the entrance, flanked by two grey stone statues of robed figures standing on pedestals, and a small dark hunched figure crouches near the door. On the left a colossal translucent cyan female spectre in a hooded Victorian gown and flowered hat leans in with one arm outstretched, gripping a brass hurricane lantern whose glass glows green-white. The background is a stormy purple-black night sky with forked cyan lightning, a huge pink moon at upper right, bare twisted trees and palm fronds. Curved red-and-gold gradient title lettering with a white drop shadow sits across the lower right over a green-teal fog and foliage base.

Right of centre stands a large three-storey wooden Victorian house in golden yellow and ochre tones with red shingled gables, white trim, bay windows and a wraparound porch with stone pillars. Two small grey statue-like male figures in long coats flank the porch steps. A huge blood-red moon hangs behind palm trees and bare branches at upper right. Across the lower right, a curved script logo reading Winchester in red-to-gold gradient with yellow highlight and dark outline, with MYSTERY HOUSE below in gold block caps. A cobbled path runs down the centre into misty green fog. Below the artwork is the cabinet with a blue-illuminated dot matrix screen and two round purple/magenta-lit speaker grilles with metal stars, plus a small backbox logo plate.
